Today has been a lovely day, bright but a cold wind. Managed to get out with the dog for a walk round the 'block'(a 3 mile block). Have eaten well, no cheating, no wine(cos hubby working LOL). Might even get a little bounce on the trampoline now that it is still light at night. I have resigned myself to the fact that I am probably not going to reach my mini target of under 200lbs by my 'big' birthday as it is next Sunday i have kind of run of out time. Still i do feel good and fitter than i have done in a long time. Have got a busy week cos not only is it my birthday but my middle child has his birthday the day after mine. So i have his party to sort out for Friday. I do have some nice little treats lined up for myself though. Going to see Mamma mia with the girls on Tuesday night, then a facial on Friday. The my lovely husband is taking me to Italy on the 18th for 4 nights. (I know i could do some serious diet damage in that time but i reckon we will be walking our socks off exploring the place at least that is the plan. Ill be happy if i come back the same weight. So here is to the next week, I intend to be busy and active and hopefully burn off another couple of pounds if not the 3-4 that will take me to my target!!(I can wish!!)

Oh it is sooo possible!! You can do it! Really plan and buckle down, and you can be down a couple more lbs!! Have a wonderful birthday week,... sounds like you can't miss with the fun plans! Italy!! Oh my, how nice!! That will be AWESOME! Hubby and I want to go there some day too. :) Good luck this week... drink lots of tea, it'll really help, too!

Aw, sounds like you've got a lovely week ahead of you... so hope you have a wonderful birthday and that your son does too. You just keep up the great work there as you can certainly drop some more lbs by then and have a fantastic week. :o)
