I joined weight watchers yesterday went to an in person support group. During orientation session had sudden intense dizziness and nausea was taken by paramedics to hospital where I am now I hope to go home soon!! Not liking it here!! I wonder if my keto diet wasn’t too extreme when they checked my blood sugar was 57 I’m eating a bit more carbs now to try to keep that from happening again

Since I’m diabetic doc advises a bit higher carbs he says diabetics can’t handle stress of low carb diet and results in dangerously low blood sugars

Even tough my det wasn’t TrueType low carb it was a drastic change for me maybe a bit too much so.

If you are Type 1, ignore this. If Type 2, your doctor needs to read current research on T2D reversal with ketogenic diet. Keto adaptation takes 4 to 6 weeks, and it is very important with any low carb diet to supplement salt. Low salt causes dizziness, headaches and constipation.
