Keeping a moderate keto, without exercise, however I feel with so much energy for a lot of things, this month is gonna be a real challenge, thinking to switch just to low carb or carb cycling. In 14 days I have had 3 "christmas parties" where I have eaten carbs going above 200grams of carbs. however that doesn't seem to affect my weight loss, I'm still with intermittent fasting, somedays 14 hours, those days where I had the excess of carb I tried to go 16 an 18 hours. I want December to be over quickly. At home we are planning our Christmas and New years dinner without carbs, but the real problem is going to be with the external social events.
