I went to Puerto Rico for a conference, and I added a couple of days to the trip to make it a mini vacation. My friends and I would get up at 6:30am every morning to walk on the beach or go swimming to get some sun and exercise prior to the start of the lectures. (Everything was beautiful!!!) We walked through the Rain Forest, shopped, and enjoyed food and drinks. We had a ball! Today I got back on my diet. Now that I have survived day 1, I'll try to remain focused. (The first day is always the hardest!) Tomorrow morning I plan to work out @ 5am before I go to work (Walk Away The Pounds - 3 Miles DVD). Wish me luck!
