Finally! Down to 213.8, I could feel it coming off but it wasn't showing on the scale. I have to tell myself that as long as I'm eating the amount I set out to and keep exercising, it's going to come off eventually. I am so excited to be at 200 and below, haven't seen the 100s since 2007, and I am itching to get there. I wanted to be there before going to TX in two weeks, but I don't think that's going to happen and I don't want to do anything crazy drastic to get there either because I really really want this to be a lifestyle change and not just a quick fix to prep for a vacation.

You're doing great! I think the best thing about all of this is that we are changing the way we are living... and not just trying a quick fix. Before we started all this, I couldn't imagine what life would be like without going out to eat all the time, eating whatever I wanted. I thought that was impossible and it would be a miserable life. But it's actually been fun trying out new foods and being conscious of what actually goes in. It also helps you guys are on board too! Keep it up!

That's awesome. I also want to make this a life style change for myself. People keep asking me what diet I am on and I tell them "I'm not on a diet I am just eating better." Thanks for your advice about my Mom. I know I need to not let her upset me. Keep up the good work.
