250.8 this morning. I'm not worried about the 0.8 because I had a slip last night and ate 4 yogurts and about 2 cups of granola. The reason was probaly because I had pasta for dinner. Wheat or not, you really can't eat too much of that. I already had the water boiling and the sauce on when I realized how little I could have. 2 oz. is like nothing. I still don't know how much I ened up eating, I entered 2 servings but I think I probaly had more. I did use my scale to weigh it before cooking, but a tiny bit told me almost 6 ounces. I thought that couldn't be right. Maybe it was, I don't know. Does anyone know about the pasta measurements?

Has anyone else tried Organic Ragu. It's sooo good and a full serving of vegetables in I think every 1/2 cup. 9o calories per 1/2 cup and I paid $2.79 for the jar. I did add lots of pepper and a little salt...tasty.

I had penne rigate (the little tubes of pasta) yesterday for lunch and after cooking, I had about 4 ozs and it was about a cup. Yeah, pasta is one that doesn't "stick" with you long. Not sure if you saw my journal last week, but I took two cans (next time I'll use one, I still have sauce left) of the cheaper Hunt's original spaghetti sauce and added my own veggies (used the food processor and chopped up yellow squash, zucchini, and mushrooms), added some more italian seasoning and cooked it until the veggies were heated. I thought it was very good. The kids ate it and said they liked it too, except it take some encouraging, as they don't like veggies. At least you slipped up on healthy stuff. I LOVE granola, but I think I can eat my weight in it. lol
