9點出發去清境,飲食放很鬆
早餐:懿品巧克力乳酪蛋糕/拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)
午餐:方師傅雜糧麵包1個/蘋果1/4顆
晚餐:民宿火鍋(飯1/2碗、牛五花6片、火鍋料、青菜+沙茶醬油)
宵夜:水母吃乳酪的乳酪蛋糕一些+台酒花雕酸菜牛肉麵1/2+麻油雞麵1/3+鮮奶150ml
54.8 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
