Today I am grateful for: Weekends My family My fs buddies!
Well it's a do whatever I want today, although I must admit I am lonely right now! And disconnected from people. Apparently that is quite common! I guess it's the quiet times that you see certain aspects that you are able to push into the back of your mind when you are around people. Maybe these are the times that I need, just to test my coping skills. So I thought I would change things today! May sound abit weird but instead of writing down everything I need to do. I will make a list after I have done it! Perhaps this will create that flip that I am seeking. That about it!
