Hi, Headless...I am finding out-it's not only the weight that matters...tone up- pilates, walking, exercise and your body will show it!Tennis....swimming...raquetball...Join something, and do it! I do Jazzercise at the recreational center.It is cool, and the workout is to the coolest music. The outfits are real nice...they have a catalog, and a website, so you could find one for you.Try it, It's working for me!
