Dada ayam dan jamurnya dipanggang kak, brokoli direbus, wortelnya mentah. Untuk kentangnya ditumbuk hancur ditanbahin kembal kol rebus dihancurin juga dicampur ke kentang. Tinggal tambah saus keju sedikit sama mozzarella. Kalorinya masih aman di bawah 500. :)

Saya panggang di oven diaduk2 pakai minyak sedikit, kalau panggang diteflon mungkin harus diaduk2 minyak jg ya sedikit agar gak layu bgt :) samasama hehe
