Why is it so hard to record what I eat... I think I need to start eating the same thing everyday so I can just copy it all over.. I have 12 weeks until my husband Christmas Party and I want to be down a min of 30 pounds... I also always feel sluggish and tired and want to feel like I am not living in a fog.. sigh...
