Grumble, Grumble - i tend to do very well for 6 days in a row - but every 7 or 8 days I lose my mind and eat everything in sight. I ate a whole batch of brownies last night. The binge wouldn't be so bad if I could schedule it bi-weekly, but as it stands, by the time I recover from one binge, I'm on my next one. Does anyone have a suggestion?
