just getting back on track again....after just a few days i am feeling better all ready, feeling less sluggish,tired and bloated. i was starting to feel all of those things again, and i really do like when i feel like i have more energy. so far so good. now it's just keeping up with it all. seems recently i get started and then before you know it i'm slipping, but i'm really going to try to stick with it this time. have much support from family and friends, and most of all i want this for myself.
