HELP!!! i dont kno what my problem is! i thought i was like uber motivated and i am now having a problem with portion control and snacking at night...i used to snack during the day when the kids were at school and my husband at work, now i got that down, but i am finding that i am way too lenient on my carbs. not just like the regular ones, but like additional ones. ugh! i think i kno the solution, DON'T BUY IT, CAN'T EAT IT!!! i need to just get away from choosing pan dulce over fruit....ugh...sooo disappointed with myself today....
