I'm finding that #1 I want to loose weight #2 the more I weight myself on a daily basis the more discourage and less focused I'm getting #3 trying thinking of this as a way of life now, low carb, you can't really go back to the way you use to eat or you'll go back to how you use to look, that's seems to be a no brainer. Your clothes will let you know how good your doing even if th scales slow at showing it.
