I looked up best nuts decided on Brazil’s as I’m tiring of walnuts and pecans. Although made sure everyone had pistachios for thanksgiving.
Looked up best fruit and decided on organic blueberries, lemon & 2 grapefruit. Choose one zucchini and one onion for veggies, have carrots and forgot my fresh ginger.
It occurred to me that my freezer is filled with meat so I’m not buying any for a while. I’m going to get protein from other sources, and continue to eat less meat.
