I haven't been recording my food like I should, but I have been eating a lot cleaner this week. I'm not big on the veggies, but I have added them to my diet. Also lots of fruit and leaner meat. I feel good. I keep saying I'm going to ditch the coffee too...one of these days.

An easy way to get some fruits and veggies is in smoothies. Just be careful or they can add up to a lot of calories, especially if you use yogurt or juice. I started putting spinach in my smoothies. I probably add 3-4 cups of spinach. While it makes it look horrible (it turns it a nasty brown color), the taste of the fruit totally masks the taste of the spinach! And it fills me up enough to eat as a meal or a post workout snack.
