Well today I went the whole 22 miles on the trail. Took 2:15 to complete. I want to shave 30 min off that time by the end of June. I was pretty damn tired at the end of it all, and by the time I got home my legs were jello. It was very hard, and I was actually not planning on doing 22 miles yet. I wanted to work my way up to it, but now is as good a time as any to get it done. Went with my husband and my two bffs, who I will freely credit as being the inspiration to get off my butt. It really helps when the people you like being around are also trying to lose weight because then you are both on the same mindset, without the pressure of eating crap whenever you hang out.
Ate a pretty healthy lunch/dinner but had an excess of chips. Did not go over my cals and ever had delicious ice cream. One of the more fun days I've had in a long time :)
