Stress hit me hard today ... Every bad thought came back to my head and I played all the bad scenarios forward and backwards almost until noon.
Then I decided to do some work (it always helps!!!)
Now it is time for dinner and I am feeling so much better!!

At least, until these hard times are behind me, I will have done a ton of work!!! And this is never bad ;)
I see a lot of my friends doing fine with their weight loss and i am very proud of ALL of them!!!
