so i was finally able to sleep some after beating myself up last night , lol i am gonna be more careful with the carbs from now on in atleast for the next several months until my first surgery and then hopefully when they weigh me in at that time..i will see a substantail decrease in weight..off to see a back pain specialist this week to see what i can do about the back and neck pain..as far as the ovarian issues and the kidney stones ..well on a hurry up and wait basis for both surgeries..so i have no choice there...anways..must go log a few things i ate thru out the eve..o.0 and then start all over for the day have a wonderful sunday all...hugs dar

Give yourself a break - beating yourself up probably just makes you want to eat more. You can do better in the future. Andrea

I saw a sports pain doctor for my back and it helped tremendously. He gave me shots - which were NOT fun at all. I yelled, but the relief was quite a few months I'd say at least three good months and I know now the weather is warming up so it is better than when it is cold, hopefully it is the same for you too. If you can take hot baths - it is a great relief too it helps tremendously. I'm in the tub at least once a day if not more. Just eating a little less sometimes helps get the weight down too if it's not too much. I'm eating a little bit of carbs now, especially a beer or wine once in a while. But I'm thin now - you can get there - I did it. Have a great weekend dar...

thanks andrea and glenn for touching base and the words of encouragememnt...i sincerely appreciate it much...sometimes i think bc i cant get around as well as i would like well with the pain and all..that i get bored and eat out of boredom...so been working on my novel again and writing music too..to keep my mind occupied which seems to help...i am thinking of getting the cortizon shots as well...and hopefully soon but i just been going thru so much else that i been putting it off...new doc here and new doc there ..here doc, there doc ..everywhere a doc doc...lol i try and plan my meals..and i usually do well..problem is..my guy works nights and im an insomniac so i eat thru the night lots as opposed to during the day..and thats prolly not good either...o.0 then i take meds and go to sleep...>.< and its become a habit at this point to eat nights....moreso then during the day..so im trying to change that as well...anyways..hope ur journeys here have been and will continue to be successful..i know i got really discouraged when my doc weighed me in about 15lbs more then i weigh here at home o.0 that sucked..so its given me a bit more determination to be more aware and to challenge myself more...well off to have me some water woohoo lol ttys
