I stayed under 1400 calories for 1 week, no loss, still 146,then I have a weekend of eating and drinking slightly more and boom 2.75lbs heavier this morning. I know it will go this week if I stick to it and I know weight fluctuates for everyone but it is very dispiriting. I hope you all have a good and happy week.
