not exercising, but feel the long days on my new placement may do the trick. The needle is hovering just before 63kg so hopefully will have a loss next time!!

Shane is home tonight - yipee!!!!!

63 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
