Been up since 2 am...did I really drink nearly 4 lbs of coffee in 2 1/2 hours? 😭😤
95.6 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I don't know yet, my weigh in does not count when I don't sleep at least 6 hours , my calories either 😜🤣

My sleep has been screwed up since I quit smoking...stressing out about Thanksgiving...everyone in my immediate family smokes...gonna be rough😫😴

Check out Allen Carr's easy way to stop smoking. it might help you a lot with your smoking problem even if you already quit but still have some fears.
