Well FS friends, it's been 24 hours of smoke free me and this morning has been rough, especially drinking my coffee! I need some healthy snacks...any suggestions?

Anything whole grain will stave off the urges. I break up Quaker oat flats(nature valley works) and when I urge I crunch. Just a small piece or two. The cruching helps to satisfy the urge. Good luck, you can do this... ps... your lungs, heart, brain & us at FS thank you. We need you here😀🤗🙋

I’m almost 7 years smoke free. Quitting smoking and dieting is really hard but hang in there and you’ll be fine!!!!
