O.k. I finally fired up the Wii fit today. First time in oh so many months.Only managed 20 minutes, but it's a start. Plan to do it again tonight.Want fitness to become my new obsession.

I hear ya sister!! Fitness as an obsession would be a wonderful way to get the weight loss going...I am starting to get into a rhythm with my treadmill joggings. Almost up to one mile of straight jogging and it feels great. Let's try to make it a great week! :-)
