Went for a general appointment. Doctor told me that to lose weight I should just eat less. That falls under the "well duh" category of life. I did get a referral for a bariatric surgeon, so that's something. I now need to fill out some paperwork and see how much my insurance will cover/how much it'll cost me.
For now I'm going to try the pre-op diet plan. I have all the stuff to do it. I just need some more sugar free jellos and whatnot.
