Well, Iv'e been very lazy over the past 2 weeks and have not been keeping up with recording my food intake. Have restarted today and I fully intend to keep it up from now on. I have been going to the gym 2-3 times a week (can only manage about 45 minutes of mixed exercises at the mo)and now have an App on my phone to help me with sorting out my Core. Lets see where this takes me. My weight seems to have plateaued at 87kg, so with increased effort I'm hoping the loss will continue.
