Thank you very much, guys for your support. Now I'm on my fat burn period, so I've cut off 300kcal/day. Besides, I exercise 5 times per week, 2 cardio session for 1 hour (stepper) and 3 fitness workouts: 1 for bottoms and 2 for tops and abdominal (yeah, I need this 6 pack). Wish me luck with this. This is the first time I didn't cut off too much calories. Another common mistake is about expecting that low weight means beauty and good physical composition, but that's absolutely wrong. I am 64,9606 inches (165 cantimeters) tall and I weight 132,2774 pounds (60.4 kilograms), which is pretty much as for my height, but about 48% of my weight is a muscle weight and now I have my best physical form ever, much better then what I had with weight 119,05 pounds (54 kilograms) and even better then with 103,617 pounds (47 kilograms). So stop counting your pounds/kilograms, count your muscle and fat percentage. My fat percentage now is the lowest in my entire life - 23% and my goal is 15%
