At least I'm biking and doing plenty of cardio at work with the bending and moving and working ...
Having a hell of a time getting back on. But it's because I've been giving into my cravings that I've tried to ignore since the start.
Oh well. I've lost some weight, I'm sure I'll loose some more once the treadmill gets here and I can run until my feet bleed in the basement :)
