Yesterday I did a mini fast I skipped lunch and then when I did get to dinner I couldn’t finish my sushi salad that was good my stomachs seemed to have less capacity I think!! Plus I did a 5 mile hike! I was ravenous when dinner came about 8 PM but I ate slowly and found I couldn’t finish but half of the salad
