today is my third day back on atkins and for some reason its seems simpler this time around lol i'm not obssessing like last time as when i was new to the atkins plan i had so many questions and was so unsure of myself, but now..its a piece of cake..insert pun here * lol
drinking plenty of fluids and keeping the carbs low ...and thats what it takes...glad to be back in the groove!!! ^_^
