Here we go again! Up down up down. I’ll have to make time to look into it more. It’s not water as I haven’t drank more or less than my ‘usual’ which is to say very little water lol. I’d expect to retain water right now rather than lose. Eating out tonight so I’m sure it’ll come back tomorrow 😉.
