Thanks for the 3 great comments. You are all right and i tried the hot tea yesterday... very helpful. Its really not worth it to let chips and chocolate make me end up feeling even worse than an already tough day feels! ALso i borrowed a trick from Biggest Loser...the sugarfree gum - also helps. Its true that if i can get over a hump for 2-3 days, i feel more in control about making good choices after that.
