Well I was hoping for another pound to be gone today (high hopes I know) The not working out for four days really hurt me. But I held well with eating yesterday, Quiches, spaqetti squash sausage, turkey chili and I had to rice cakes (was feeling sick again) Today Did a bridal boot camp (no not getting married) but an awesome workout for swim suit or another dress 15 min walk run treadmill B-2 egg omelet another 20 min treadmill 1.5run walk the rest Have a Kayaking trip tomorrow planned and can't wait. Will do my best with eating today as well
