Hey guys! This is day 5 for me on Phase 1, I'm feeling pretty good, actually, I have cheated a few times tho, I had a small piece of chocolate on Tuesday, I had a cookie today, I had a bite of my sister's turkey wrap (no mayo, mustard!) My question is, what are the effects of these things? everytime I cheat do I start the process all over? Does it ruin my progress? I also have been using minimal amounts of mustard, plain yellow mustard....in tuna or with chicken, what do you think?

It is all about detoxing the first two weeks. You really really need to stay away from all sugar the first two weeks. Are you doing any detox kits?

no detox kits/ i don't have the money for it, but I am doing very well, as i have literally only had very minimal amounts of sugar, so NO MORE! Is the mustard okay?

The book says you can't have mustard until phase 2, then you need to buy dijon mustard, preferably organic. You can answer your own question about the effects of your 'cheating' by stepping on the scale... have you lost anything yet?

Dooley is right, it really is all about the detox the first two weeks. You don't want to put anything in your body with preservatives, sugar, salt, or artificial color or preservatives. Don't cheat for that two weeks, drink tons of water, and you will love it. I did not use any of the detox kits and I lost 12 pounds the first two weeks, and lost a ton of inches.

one more comment, cheating probably doesn't put you back, but you are not going to lose that water weight as fast, which is most important during that first two weeks
