What can I do to reduce my fat intake? I know it sounds like a stupid question but what substitutes can I use or cut out of my diet.

Don’t be too concerned with reducing fat intake as a whole. Rather start by replacing the unhealthy fats with healthy fats (if you’ve not done so already of course 😊). We need healthy fats with every meal to help our bodies absorb certain nutrients and it also keeps us fuller for longer. X

You can reduce fat intake by swapping full fat products for low/non fat eg. milk, cheese, yoghurt, margarine etc. Choose leaner cuts of meat/dont eat the skin.
Grill or bake instead of fry. Check food labels!

Vegetarian or vegan is your best way to cut on fat and calories. Almost 30% of the calories of meat comes from fat (even lean meat like chicken).

I cut out all coconut oil and butter. Ate this way......Cabbage or spinach or cucumber or Broccoli 5 cups a day. 1 Avo. 40g Pecan nuts. 120 g meat which was fatty hamburgers or Woolies german Pork Sausages or 2 fatty lamb chops. 20 olives. Within 3 days my wee stick was purple. Google youtube Ketones on Steroids by Dr Berg. My son lost a whopping 6 kgs in a week. I lost 3 but we know its all water. This week is our 2nd week and already my pants have to be held up with a belt. Weigh in tomorrow. I can no longer eat so many veggies. I have to force the nuts down. For the first 3 days you get a very mild headache but just push yourself. Now I forget to eat. I dont watch the clock anymore. Cold Avo over hot vegies is very rewarding. Good luck.
