well...you did have cake. i myself am switching to low carb and no fruit, but allowing the dairy, just so i can be on some kind of plan where i will friggin lose weight. i have a soy patty for breakfast with coffee and cream (allowed! hallelujah!), a salad for lunch and some kind of lean protein and veggie for dinner, like asparagus or cauliflower or green beans. it's actually pretty easy to stick to. also drinking a GALLON of water per day and exercising 30 minutes on exercise bike at health club. will lift some weights tonight. and to think that two days ago i had two pieces of boston cream pie. sigh. :)
