OKAY, I actually have 1500 calories today!! Really worked on my menu. Let me know what you think? Carbs are down!!! Lost a pound by weight this morning!

Marlene, it is looking a lot better but there are a few things I would change. First, avoid the low fat items (cottage cheese) and go for regular full fat. Fat is your friend on Atkins. Secondly, avoid the bagels (7.5 net carbs). Atkins bars/shakes are not meant to be meal replacements but used as a snack. You'd be better off having a salad or some grilled chicken for lunch instead. And you also need to limit the bars/shakes to 2 a day. Be careful with the bars though - they are notorious for causing weight loss stalls. But it does look like you are making some wonderful changes.

Thanks Kmartin! So appreciate your input!! I will limit the bars to 2 a day and get higher fat content in the cottage cheese. Thank you!
