Tomorrow I start my 8 week 3 days a week running plan. I haven't ran since I broke my leg and had a titanium rod inserted, but I've been walking the past 3 weeks and I'm up to an hour a day. Hopefully this will help me as I begin running again. Wish me luck:-)
