That was it-the last of the weight gain for a loooooong time! I am so determined! I did a workout yesterday which is good because it probably helped me keep off a lot more weight than I could have gained! I ate everything I could-a cream puff, ice cream birthday cake, ham, chocolate fondue, etc etc etc. I ate exactly what I wanted and didn't leave anything out. Yesterday was an all out binge, and I don't regret one bit of it, because I know that I enjoyed myself with some good friends, and I am back on track today:) No worries. I keep up with the good attitude and it's all good:) I know I will lose some by tomorrow though-so I am not worried:)
