Thanks for the challenge Role. I guess I need it. I thought I was on track and didn't need to record daily. I'm disappointed I gained 2lbs. I've been so good. Not sure where I went wrong.

Hang in there - I do find it is hard to remember what I have eaten if I don't journal each day. The only way I know to make the "no journal" thing work is to make my breakfast and lunch exactly the same each day - but frankly that bores me to death. So...I would rather journal. HERE'S TO A BETTER WEEK AHEAD...and see you in the challenge room. :-)
