Yesterday I sort of pigged out on Easter stuff. I started out pretty good, even though I did sneak a couple of things from the kids baskets. At church we had a pot luck and I was able to stick to my diet. I had two hard boiled eggs, a small piece of an egg casserole, some fresh fruit and a whole wheat mini bagel. I also had two glasses of milk. I stayed away from the donuts, coffee cakes and muffins. At home I made chicken and mushroom soup from the quick and easy cookbook and that was delicious. But later in the afternoon I started pigging out on Easter candy. It started with a few jelly beans, and then escalated from there. Oh well today is another day.
