Started Atkins at the end of Feb 2010. I have lost 8.5 kilos so far. Just a few more to go to my target but finding it a bit slower now. I think I have been suffering from carb creep and so I plan to go back to Induction again for two weeks and see how it goes. If I start to lose again, I can then work on OWL and finding my CCL.
