@sarah iyah dlu sblm tau menyeimbangkan makro nutrient itu perut sy bgtu say, pdhl BB ma kecil, normal aja, g obesitas,
Skrg ma g bs ninggalin weight lifting, sprti sudh kewajiban rasanya. Sy squat 15x 4 rep klo hyperthropy
Kalo streght saya 12x4 rep.
