@cristinepiran, thanks dear. Aku cuma makan diatas bmr dibawah TDEE, ngikutin jurnal aja. Olahraga jg intensitas ringan, penting gerak. Ini masih progress dr target aku tp untuk 3 bln ini udah seneng banget turun segitu mah 😁😁
