End of week 1
Ketosis FTW!
4lbs down this week. It took me 6 days to get into ketosis, which is longer than the average of 3-4 days. This may be because of the high amount of sugar I was consuming and still had stuck in my system. My metabolism is shockingly slow so this could be it. Alternatively it could be that I allowed myself tomatoes for the first 3 days. I found before on Atkins that tomatoes significantly impaired my weightloss. Strange but true. I also had a couple of days over 20g carbs, although this was down to vegetables, so I don't feel too bad over it.
Off downstairs now for a Wii Fit session!
