It's not a bump in the road... barely a small hiccup. Just by taking note of it, you're doing the right thing. Maintenance seems so much harder than losing weight. I guess it's all about tweaking things until we find the proper balance. Everyone is right; you're doing fine.

Thanks everyone for the kind expressions of confidence...I think it's true that maintenance is tougher, in a way, than losing weight. Speaking for myself here, I have to say that relaxing the rules gets me very easily to losing control :( Dadgum it! I want to be naturally thin! LOL.
