Breakfast @ 2pm: hot chocolate, Cuban bread w/butter & apple cider doughnut
Dinner @ 8pm: porkchop, Jamaican rice, 1 plantain, 1/4 of flan
62.5 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
