I drink an elaborate coffee mixture most mornings that involves my Keurig, my Ninja bullet, and several ingredients. This morning, I mixed all the add-ins (HWC, MCT oil, etc) in the Ninja cup, turned on the Keurig and proceeded to make my coffee. I had carefully measured all the ingredients and had it perfect.
As I watched the steamy liquid start to pour into the creamy blend, I realized that something was terribly wrong...
OH NO!!!!! Yeah... I forgot to put a K-cup in the Keurig. So, I ended up with a lovely cup of Bulletproof Water. Awesome. All I had to rectify the situation was some instant decaf. While that's fine for getting the fats into my morning, I didn't get my caffeine, which is vital. So I was forced to buy more coffee from Dunkin' Donuts and wait an hour before I got to work where I have Keto approved creamers and sweeteners.
Happy Monday! At least I had a small scale loss to offset the coffee loss...
