Haven't had a chance to get online with so much school work but I must admit going back to school has been the best thing for me! I am back on a schedule that keeps me from grazing all day due to boredom. My physical activity is increasing due to long walks across campus and with the mental stimulation I just feel better overall. I started changing up my food and portions when school started so it has been about 2 weeks now. I can't believe how much weight I have dropped just in this short amount of time! Drinking water has been a huge change as I drink LOTS all day long everyday. I hope to keep the momentum going and start walking on my treadmill because I need to find a way to release stress from the workload. Exercise is a much better alternative to my usual binge eating. Hope to try to get up here each week but don't fault me if I fail to update as often.
